Yoga with Randi Jo is more than just doing yoga poses. Girls and Boys will learn and practice skills that will become part of their daily toolbox for use during stressful situations at school, with friends and family and in sports.  The yoga classes will teach teens how to find balance and flexibility in their lives, create self esteem, see the good in themselves and others.  The classes will include basic yoga poses & sun salutes as well as meditation, mindfulness and breathing exercises.  Randi Jo has vast experience teaching kids and adults for 18 years.
