Beau Collective

Four Fridays of Fitness and Fun with instructors from The Beau Collective. The work-outs will be HIIT {High Intensity Interval Training} style, focusing on CORE, STRENGTH, and CARDIO, in a circuit pattern. The workouts will alternate short bursts of intense exercise with lower intensity exercises.

This happens in the Ecker Hill Gym.
