MOVE is a program designed to increase strength, power, conditioning, and speed as well as develop athletic ability and positioning in athletes of any sport. We increase fitness to help young people feel and perform their best on and off the field.
This program will offer a variety of lifestyle skills including empowerment, self awareness, confidence, respect, perseverance and teamwork. Please provide your child with a healthy snack and drink.
