This fun, fast-paced program will provide basic fundamental movement skills for athletes to build their athletic base, allowing them to be successful in a variety of sports. The main focus in on speed, agility, flexibility, mobility, strength, conditioning, spatial awareness, body control, and the importance of proper nutrition and recovery. Participants will: -learn about the importance of strength training and how it can improve their performance -build a better knowledge base of muscle mechanics and motor control to help prevent injury -Build self esteem, mental toughness, and confidence as they develop new power and strength
This program is offered by Athletic Republic and will take place at their gym in Quarry Village. No transportation is offered.
