Youth Sports Performance Training - Treasure

This fun, fast-paced program will provide basic fundamental movement skills for athletes to build their athletic base, allowing them to be successful in a variety of sports. The main focus in on speed, agility, flexibility, mobility, strength, conditioning, spatial awareness, body control, and the importance of proper nutrition and recovery.
Participants will:
-learn about the importance of strength training and how it can improve their performance
-build a better knowledge base of muscle mechanics and motor control to help prevent injury
-Build self esteem, mental toughness, and confidence as they develop new power and strength
