Intensity Dance Team (IDT) is celebrating its 10th birthday in 2022. In 2012, Karissa Molen (IDT owner) started with 8 students in Midway, UT and now IDT has grown to over 600 students in Heber City and Vineyard Utah. IDT brings the best trained and experienced instructors to affordable, accessible classes for every dancer no matter the age or starting level of experience. IDT has championship teams as well as weekly classes. Each dancer can build their own dance program. A dancer can come to class once a week and be on a team. Or, a dancer can be on multiple teams, do a solo, and be at the studio every day. It is up to each dancer. It is never too late to start dancing! Life is hard enough, dance should be fun!
Introduction to Hip Hop Dance will take place on Mondays 2:30-3:30 on April 4, 11, 18 and 25.
