Introduction to Eating Vegetarian

If you just think it’d be fun to try eating vegetarian or even just eating less meat this 4 week cooking class is for you. We will look at the variety of protein alternatives you can incorporate into your daily diet to give you ideas for recipes at home.
Class 1: Learn how to use a whole food meat substitute by making jackfruit tacos
Class 2: Inherently vegetarian recipes with curry
Class 3: How to sneak in vegetables with zucchini lasagna
Class 4: How to use legumes to get all the protein you’ll ever need with veggie enchiladas

NEW! Partial Scholarship Availability. We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50,000 annually, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50,000 annually but less than $100,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship.
